How’s that for a title, huh?

Believe it or not, your emotional baggage can actually be good thing! I mean, just last week I unexpectedly ran into one of my ex-boyfriends. And you know what? It was kind of awesome.

You’ll never guess the first words out of his mouth! (Watch the video below to find out)

As you know, we’ve been talking a lot about self-love around here. And part of self-love is loving your past experiences. And yes, even loving your ex-boyfriends.

OK, I know it’s kind of a lot to ask you to love your ex-boyfriends. So instead, how about honoring your time together? No matter how long your relationship–3 dates, 3 months, or 3 years, honoring your time with your ex’s can totally change the way you think and feel about your past, and most importantly, your present.

In this week’s episode of BDG.TV I share my personal mantra to let go of my own emotional baggage.

Try it!

And head on over to the comments section below and let me know how it works. Also, have you ever run into an ex-boyfriend? How did it go? Were you wearing mascara? Was it totally awkward and weird? Sad? Or maybe kinda sweet? Let me know in the comments section, I can’t wait to hear all your ex-boyfriend run-in stories!
